Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service with enthusiasm and dedication
  • Follow instructions from management accurately
  • Maintain all food safety controls and checklists
  • Prepare orders for smoothies, juices, coffee, and food
  • Maintain a customer-oriented positive attitude and deliver good customer service
  • Work efficiently in various positions as needed
  • Assist management and team members to work collaboratively
  • Follow high personal hygiene standards at all times
  • Practise "Clean as You Go" and uphold hygiene standards in the store
  • Assist in training new recruits according to brand standards and requirements
  • Stay aware of all promotions, product standards, and specifications
Experience
  • Six months to one year of related experience and/or training
  • Kitchen experience and knowledge is preferred
