The Crown, Worcester part of J D Wetherspoon is hiring a Kitchen staff member to join our busy kitchen team in Worcester. No experience is needed, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn; we provide award-winning training to help you succeed.

Work flexibility is available with shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes. Role offers 18 hours per week with competitive pay and benefits, including meals and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• No experience required; good attitude, willingness to learn, calm head under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking and presenting food to the correct spec.
• Operating kitchen work stations (grills, fryers, microwaves, etc.).
• Working as a team to meet time and quality targets.
• Following food hygiene, allergen, health and safety standards.
• Cleaning as you go and during full kitchen clean-downs.
• Rotating stock and storing food safely.
