J D Wetherspoon in Norwich is seeking a Kitchen staff member for The Bell Hotel. The role involves preparing and cooking food, keeping the kitchen clean, and ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met. Great for flexible, part-time hours with evenings and nights in operation.

Hours per week are 20 with shifts from 18:00 to 01:00 across Mon-Sun. The package includes a competitive pay rate plus meal and drink on shift, discounts when not working, and a bonus scheme.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to the correct spec.
• Operate kitchen work stations including grills, fryers and microwaves.
• Work as a team to meet time and quality targets.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, health and safety standards.
• Clean as you go and perform kitchen clean-downs.
• Rotate stock and store food safely.
