Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to the correct spec.
• Operate kitchen work stations (grills, fryers, microwaves, etc).
• Work with the team to hit time and quality targets.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, health and safety standards.
• Clean as you go and perform full kitchen clean-downs.
• Rotate stock and store food safely.
• Complete required induction and ongoing training.
