J D Wetherspoon's The Cross Keys in Beverley is hiring a Kitchen staff member to join our friendly team. No experience is required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are all you need as we train you on the job.

You will assist with food preparation and cooking, operate kitchen stations, and help maintain cleanliness, safety and customer service standards. We offer flexible shifts, 10 hours per week, and opportunities across shifts, including mornings and evenings.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; a good attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Reliability, friendliness and ability to work as part of a team are important.

Responsabilités

• Preparing, cooking and presenting food to the correct spec.
• Operating kitchen stations and equipment.
• Working with the team to meet time and quality targets.
• Following food hygiene, allergen, health and safety standards.
• Cleaning as you go and during full kitchen clean-downs.
• Rotating stock and storing food safely.
• Completing induction and ongoing refresher training.
