Slug & Lettuce Derby is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support our head chef with food preparation, stock control and hygiene. You’ll help produce high-quality dishes and maintain a clean, safe kitchen while working with a friendly team in a busy venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen environment preferred.
• Comfort with fast-paced service and teamwork.
• Awareness of basic food hygiene standards.

• Ensure the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times.
