Stonegate Group is recruiting for a Kitchen Team Member at the Old Smiddy Inn in Scotland. You’ll support the kitchen, assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Formación

• Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy in food prep and hygiene.
• Ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries and stock checks where needed.
