Job summary

Whitbread PLC's Edinburgh Central Premier Inn is hiring a Kitchen Team Member on a permanent contract, 30 hours per week. You'll help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on during their stay.

You'll work evenings and weekends, receive deliveries, keep stock safe, and coordinate with the hotel team to ensure smooth service. No hotel experience required; people with backgrounds in supermarkets, cafés, pubs, or hospitality are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
