Stonegate Pub Company is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for Slug & Lettuce Preston. You will assist with food preparation, stock checks, and maintaining high hygiene standards while supporting the Head Chef and kitchen team.

Qualifications

• A passion for Hospitality.
• Willingness to learn new skills everyday.
• Ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, food hygiene at Slug & Lettuce Preston.
• The experience to maintain kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
