Stonegate Pub Company is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for White Hart on the Green in Crowborough. You will assist with food preparation, help maintain kitchen hygiene, and support the Head Chef with orders and stock control to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and ready to contribute ideas to improve kitchen performance while working as part of a friendly team.

Qualifications

• A passion for Hospitality.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
• Ability to assist Head Chef with orders, stock taking, food hygiene at White Hart.
• Experience maintaining kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.
