Job summary

Whitbread's Frome Premier Inn is hiring a Kitchen Team Member. This is a permanent role at Commerce Park, Jenson Avenue, Frome, Somerset, BA11 2LD, offering 20 contracted hours per week with pay up to £13.06 per hour.

You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on during their stay, with shifts including evenings and weekends. No hotel experience is required; if you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team during busy service.
• Reliable and flexible with shifts.
• Willingness to learn kitchen tasks and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and stock areas
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
