Premier Inn in Wrexham Town Centre is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests who stay with us. You’ll work 15 contracted hours per week on a fixed-term contract, with shifts including evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

You don’t need hotel experience to apply, and you’ll join a team that supports one another as service picks up pace. Join Premier Inn to learn kitchen skills, food safety basics and confidence working in a team, with day-one training

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organized and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
