Job summary

Premier Inn Liverpool City Centre is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and plate meals for guests. This role involves breakfast and dinner service, team collaboration and keeping the kitchen clean and stocked.

You'll work 24 hours per week on evenings and weekends, with a fixed-term contract until 28 January 2027. No hotel experience required—transfers from supermarkets, cafés and other hospitality roles are welcome.

Qualifications

• No prior hotel experience required; many current team members come from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses or customer service roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
