Job summary

Premier Inn Swansea Waterfront is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on during their stay. You’ll support breakfast and dinner service and work as part of a friendly team.

There’s no requirement for hotel experience; people from supermarkets, cafés or other roles have joined. If you’re reliable, enjoy teamwork and don’t mind busy shifts, we’d love to hear from you. Permanent contract with guaranteed hours and training are provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
