Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Member in Northampton Town Centre to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on during their stay.

You’ll start by prep work, cook and plate meals for breakfast and dinner, and keep the kitchen clean and stocked for the next rush. This role supports the hotel team to deliver quality dining experiences and could be your first kitchen job or an extension of hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Be reliable and enjoy working with others.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
