Job summary

Whitbread is recruiting for a Kitchen Team Member at London Wembley Park Premier Inn. This role offers 30 contracted hours per week with a permanent contract and shifts including evenings and weekends. You will prepare, cook and plate meals that guests enjoy, supporting the hotel team to deliver great stays.

No prior hotel experience is required; we’ll teach you the rest and support your development within Premier Inn. All you need is reliability and a teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is not a prerequisite.
• Reliable and team‑oriented with a can‑do attitude.
• Willing to learn and adapt to a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock appropriately.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking presentable.
