Location: The Bloomery

Are you a Kitchen Team Member or a Kitchen Porter ready to take the next step? As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in our business success while developing your skills to advance your career.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for hospitality
• Is eager to learn new skills daily
• Has a keen eye for detail
• Can assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene at The Bloomery
• Has experience in maintaining kitchen equipment

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with food preparation
• Producing high-quality dishes consistently according to specifications
• Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times
• Overseeing deliveries
• Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
• Working with the team to achieve company targets
