Job description

A passion for Hospitality, a willingness to learn new skills every day, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene at Lamb Inn are essential for this role. Experience in maintaining kitchen equipment is also important.

Some of the responsibilities you will have as a Kitchen Team Leader include:

1. Assisting with food preparation.
2. Producing high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
3. Ensuring the kitchen is in an excellent, clean, and hygienic condition at all times.
4. Overseeing deliveries.
5. Offering suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen's performance.
