• The ability to assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene at Red Lion
• Experience in maintaining kitchen equipment

Some of your responsibilities as a Kitchen Team Member will include:

• Assisting with food preparation
• Producing high-quality dishes consistently according to specifications
• Ensuring the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times
• Overseeing deliveries
• Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
• Working with the team to achieve company targets
