Job summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service with enthusiasm and dedication
• Following instructions from management effectively
• Maintaining food safety controls and checklists
• Preparing orders for smoothies, juices, coffee, and food
• Maintaining a positive, customer-oriented attitude
• Working efficiently in various roles
• Assisting management and team members to work collaboratively
• Following high standards of personal hygiene at all times
• Practicing "Clean as You Go" and maintaining hygiene standards in the store
• Assisting in training new recruits according to brand standards
• Staying aware of promotions, product standards, and specifications

Experience

• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training
• Kitchen experience and knowledge is preferred
