We burst onto the restaurant scene in 1997, when we shook up London and showed the UK a new way of eating. Part of this was the 'kaiten' conveyor belt and colour-coded dishes which made our name.

We're all about fresh, flavoursome, authentic Japanese food. Sushi is what we're famous for, but we also have a mouth-watering range of hot street food available - from traditional classics to innovative fusion dishes. All packed with rich, aromatic flavours and umami. Today, we have over 70 restaurants worldwide, more than 300 kiosks in the UK, and grocery products and pre-packaged sushi in most major UK supermarkets.

• You will have experience working under tight deadlines in a QSR environment.
• You will manage inventory controls to track stock levels and reduce waste.
• You will support setup, maintenance, handover, and shutdown of workstations each shift.
• You will complete all necessary training to ensure a safe environment for team and guests.
• You will have a strong understanding of product specifications to deliver high standards in our menu.
• You will be able to roll sushi, operate the pass, work in the hot section, prepare raw products, and maintain cleanliness and safety following Food Safety protocols and Trail app guidelines.
• You will be a team player, supporting your colleagues in running a successful YO! restaurant.
• You will stay informed about YO! updates by checking YO! 360, attending team meetings, and participating in team briefs.
• You will work collaboratively to deliver an exceptional guest experience each shift.
• You will contribute to the restaurant's success and profitability.
• You will keep accurate daily records of delivery, wastage, and temperature checks.
• You will complete all cleaning tasks promptly as per Trail app instructions.
