Job summary

ibis London Heathrow Airport, part of the Accor network, is seeking a passionate Kitchen Team Member to join our kitchen team. You will assist in preparing and presenting high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, and buffets while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.

Working with the wider kitchen team, you will help with mise en place, stock rotation and daily operations, and may assist with Kitchen Porter duties to ensure a smooth service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is desirable.
• A passion for food, cooking and delivering high-quality dishes.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills through training.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Memberto join our kitchen team.
