The role of a Chef (Pizzaiolo) is to make sure that our food exceeds customer’s expectations. As a Chef, you’ll support the kitchen by:

• Ensuring food is stored, prepped, cooked, and served to standard.
• Follow all opening and closing kitchen procedures.
• Carry out daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Working across the kitchen in all sections.

Due to responsibilities within the Chef role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over. Hourly rate of pay for the Chef role will differ for under 21’s. Please note internally we call this role a Pizzaiolo.
