We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for hospitality
• Is willing to learn new skills daily
• Has a keen eye for detail
• Can assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking, and food hygiene at New Market Bar
• Has experience in maintaining kitchen equipment

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with food preparation
• Producing high-quality dishes consistently according to specifications
• Ensuring the kitchen remains clean and hygienic at all times
• Overseeing deliveries
• Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
• Working with the team to achieve company targets
