Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Leader

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
• Work with the team to achieve company targets.

We are popular with sports fans, particularly when Blackburn is playing, and have the ability to change the atmosphere with effect lighting and music control. We serve food daily and have a late-night trade on Fridays and Saturdays with DJs. Our pub can be used for any occasion booking and has rotating specials and quizzes on Sundays.
