Job summary

BrewDog Edinburgh Waverley is recruiting a Kitchen & FOH Team Member as part of the SSP group. You’ll work across Kitchen and front-of-house with a focus on fast-paced service, customer interaction, and team collaboration in a busy venue.

The role offers an hourly pay rate of £12.85, with a £1.20 uplift for hours between midnight and 6 AM, bringing the rate to £14.05 per hour. Flexible weekday/weekend/bank holiday shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support chefs with basic prep and waste management.
• Keep kitchen areas clean, including dishes, surfaces, and floors.
• Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
• Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
