Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Griffin - Harvester in Taunton to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will master the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

You’ll train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team, drive to smash targets, assist with food ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure brand standards and health and hygiene compliance.
