Harvester - Ancient Briton is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead a team, manage the menu, and train staff to deliver great food while upholding brand standards.

You will drive performance, assist with ordering and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations. The role offers a path to progression within Mitchells & Butlers' brands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Able to manage food ordering and stock control efficiently

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
