Toby Carvery Aldenham is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead a team, train Chefs, and drive performance while upholding brand standards and a passion for great food.

You will manage food ordering, prep, and stock, ensure health and hygiene standards, and work with a branded menu. The role offers flexible shifts, progression opportunities, and staff discounts across MitchelLs & Butlers brands.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
