Toby Carvery – Keighley is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to train great people. You’ll master the menu, drive the team to hit targets, and ensure orders, prep and stock are well managed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy environment.
• Strong focus on health and hygiene compliance.
• Experience with stock management and food ordering.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
