Premier Inn Glasgow Pacific Quay is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to advance your Chef career and run the kitchen daily. You’ll manage rotas, place orders, lead busy services, and ensure quality and hygiene across the kitchen as part of Whitbread’s hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and managing rotas.
• Ability to place food orders and manage stock.
• Proven ability to maintain food quality and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Own food ordering, stock control and keep food costs on track for the hotel.
• Take the lead during service – organise the team and manage workflow.
• Prepare, cook and serve menu items to spec, from breakfasts to pub classics.
• Ensure kitchen meets health, safety and hygiene standards and keep records updated.
• Step up to run shifts and help new team members settle in.
