Miller & Carter Bedford is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train and inspire a team, master the branded menu and ensure food is prepared to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy restaurant.
• Ability to train chefs and junior staff.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Experience with food ordering and stock control.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
