Job summary

The Punch Bowl, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll master the menu, train chefs, and drive consistently high standards across food preparation and service in a community pub setting.

You will also be involved in ordering, stock control, and ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations, while benefiting from development opportunities and generous staff perks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub or restaurant setting.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
