Mitchells & Butlers in Kettering, recognised as a key player in the pub dining scene, is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at the Briars to support the Head Chef, manage kitchen staff, and uphold high menu standards. Qualifications

• Previous kitchen leadership experience required.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that the team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
