Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at the Junction within Castle Pubs. You will support the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of, train your team, and ensure guest satisfaction with great food and service.

You will drive targets, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met, while promoting the branded menu and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience training kitchen teams and chefs.
• Ability to drive targets with your team.
• Experience with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Familiarity with branded menus and standards.
• Ensure health and hygiene compliance.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
