Job summary

Hungry Horse is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide the kitchen during busy service, ensuring dishes meet high standards and the team works cohesively. You will support your crew, role-model excellence, and help resolve issues to keep service running smoothly.

As part of Greene King’s Hungry Horse brand, you’ll contribute to a welcoming pub environment, maintain safety, and drive a culture of quality and teamwork across shifts.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.
