Old White Horse is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of at Ember Inns. You will lead a team, train Chefs, and ensure the menu is executed with passion and consistency across shifts.

You will manage stock, assist with ordering, and uphold high standards of health and hygiene while driving targets and fostering a positive, collaborative kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team to deliver quality food.
• Proven ability to train and inspire chefs and kitchen staff.
• Strong focus on health and hygiene regulations and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
