MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC's White Lion Ember Inns is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will oversee the menu, train your team and deliver great food in a welcoming pub setting.

You will drive standards, help with food ordering, prep and stock control, ensure health and hygiene regulations are met, and push for continuous improvement. With a branded menu, you’ll lead by example and inspire colleagues across our brands.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management desirable.
• Experience in kitchen operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
