The Crown, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the branded menu across Vintage Inns. You will train and inspire your team to deliver great food in a welcoming pub setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.
• Commitment to high hygiene and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Help smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that the team adheres to health and hygiene regulations.
