Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader for Miller & Carter Bournemouth. You will support the Head Chef, train a kitchen team, and take ownership of the menu with a passion for great food.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive team targets and performance improvements.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with branded menu and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Lead by example to create a welcoming guest experience.
