A fantastic Kitchen Team Leader/Kitchen Manager job in St Albans paying a salary of £28,000 is available at a Garden Centre Café/Restaurant. The position has become available due to an internal promotion within the business.

Please note: The official title of this role is Kitchen Manager. However, because the restaurant is small and primarily hands-on, the title Kitchen Team Leader is used here for better candidate search relevance.

• Salary: £28,000
• 40 hours per week
• Generally shifts between 7:45am and 5pm
• No split shifts, straight shifts only
• Fair weekend shift rotation among team members
• Located in a lovely Garden Centre Restaurant overseeing a small Kitchen team (average weekly food turnover of £7k)
• Free on-site parking
