MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Golden Retriever, part of Vintage Inns. You will support the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of, owning the menu with a passion for great food and training great people.

You will drive your team to meet targets, assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations while delivering branded menu standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in pub/restaurant.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
