Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide the kitchen team, ensuring service runs like clockwork and every dish meets the highest standards. You will support your crew, model excellence, and maintain hygiene and safety protocols to protect staff and guests.

You will lead by example during peak times, motivate the team, and ensure accurate execution of orders while upholding allergen controls and safety procedures across the kitchen.

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
