Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Toby Carvery - Wakefield to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will manage training, menu execution, and stock control while driving performance and guest satisfaction.

You will lead a branded menu, ensure health and hygiene standards, and help the team deliver consistent, high-quality meals. The role offers opportunities for growth within a supportive, people-focused environment.
