Mitchells & Butlers plc is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader at the Alma Inn. You’ll support the Head Chef, help build a kitchen to be proud of, and lead a branded menu with passion for great food.

You’ll train and inspire the kitchen team, drive targets, manage food ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met. • Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Alma Inn, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
