Job summary

Miller & Carter Poulton-le-Fylde is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in delivering great food and leading a passionate kitchen team. You’ll master the menu, train staff and uphold brand standards across all shifts.

You’ll drive performance, manage food prep and stock, ensure health and hygiene compliance, and coach your Chefs to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, branded environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
