Job summary

Miller & Carter Plymouth is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train and mentor chefs, drive performance, manage stock and help deliver a consistently high standard of branded menu items.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced branded restaurant.
• Ability to execute menu standards across all dishes.
• Knowledge of health & hygiene regulations and safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Work with the Head Chef to smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with branded menu standards.
• Oversee that health and hygiene regulations are followed.
