Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader at Marmalade Pot. You will train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food you’re proud of, and drive the team to hit targets while managing food ordering, prep and stock control.

As part of Sizzling Pub & Grill, you’ll work with a branded menu, ensure health and hygiene standards, and enjoy a mobile-friendly application process with 28 days holiday, discounts across brands, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced pub or restaurant.
• Proven ability to train staff and hit targets.
• Experience with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Familiarity with branded menus and portion control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
