Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Waterwitch in Odiham. You’ll lead the kitchen during busy service, ensuring every dish meets our high standards and customers leave delighted.

You’ll support and inspire the team, maintain hygiene and safety, deputise for management when needed, and help organise operations so service runs like clockwork.

A passion for tasty, well-presented meals and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential, along with clear English communication.

Job Description

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.

Qualifications

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will…

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.

• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy service.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
