Job summary

Greene King’s Hungry Horse is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader who can lead by example, support the team and ensure every dish meets high standards.

You’ll coordinate during busy services, uphold hygiene and safety, and deputise for managers when needed. The role rewards hands-on leadership, brand training and opportunities to progress within our well-known pubs.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and pull together as a team when needed.
• Be a role model to the team by maintaining high standards and making sure every customer receives the perfect plate.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy service.
